What's the point of being open until 11pm if your staff are closing the till before half 10. Was told to come back the next day even though the shop was open for another 40 minutes

Rude man behind till. Not sure of his name but he was an older man with yellow teeth. Rudest man Ive ever met. So rude I left without buying what I wanted to.

Awful experience. Drove 10+ miles to post a yodel parcel as this was my nearest yodel post point. Refused to post it, forced me out of the shop and closed the shop at 5.20pm ish. Got my friend to go in at 6pm to post and he said no again as the "cut off" time is 6pm to post. So went to the nearest yodel shop in Colwyn Bay straight after at 6.30pm and posted no problem. They seen to pick and choose when to take parcels. Don't waste your time. Very embarrassing experience and has left me very upset. Will never go there again.
