Nice decor and a good welcome... but my goodness, the staff!! Asked the young girl what beers they had.. she just pointed and said the ones in the fridge! Specifically asked for no tomato in the panini, panini arrived with tomato, pointed out mistake to the staff member, said we can take it out, no problem. She just said sorry and walked off... wouldn't mind, but she was the girl that took the order ten mins before..few mins later, my food turned up.. different staff member this time, she set the food down and just walked off... sorry, but the staff need to sharpen up a bit on the common sense and customer service scale.
