        Poor management and customer service. They had run out of many options by 4pm. A lot of staff but customers left ignored. Manager appalling and really felt for the staff working under her. Club sandwich consisted of a deep fried chicken burger . That was definitely not on the menu. Manager waived the bill which I had not asked her to do member of staff keen to complain on my behalf. Two mins after waiving the bill staff run after me screeching You havent paid. There ensues a showdown in front of full cafe of disgruntled customers. Felt like I was in a twilight zone of craziness. Much better food and service can be found close by.
