        Been with Nationwide since God was a toddler! My only real gripe is that they seem slightly less 'nationwide' than they used to be... I'm based in Rhyl, tend to walk everywhere (through choice), so I've got a 20 mile trek to my nearest branch in Colwyn Bay and back to pay any cash in (the other two nearest being in Llandudno and Mold). I guess if that's my biggest moan, they ain't doing too bad... Oh, but they did charge me 2.5K to 'buy' myself out of my mortgage too. That was quite annoying!

        Fantastic staff. Helped my 18 year old daughter get her first account after recently moving back to the UK from 12 years living in Spain. Incredibly helpful unlike certain other well known banks. Thank you

        Great place to bank if you enjoy being verbally abused and told that "your sort" need to use the cash machine to pay in! No professionalism what so ever! If it takes just one person to raise a issue,... well then the writing was already on the wall
