        Good start as we had no reservation but they managed to give us a table for dinner. Slow service but OK, friendly. Food was good. However, I experienced food allergy after this meal for the first time in my life - lips, tongue swelling, rush, face red and swollen. Had to take antihistamine that luckily my friend had with her. Spoiled the opera and evening but I understand it's not restaurant's fault. The only thing could trigger it was a souse with the fish I had. Or some spices or unusual ingredients in food like panacotta. Sorry for such review. No idea what was used to prepare the food and how it all happened.

        Had a fantastic pre show dinner. It was cooked beautifully, good quality ingredients and was delicious. This by far is one of the best places to eat in the area and I enjoy it much more than a famous beach side restaurant in Colwyn Bay (with Michelin recommendation) . Never disappointed at Y Review.
