        Cluttered house. clients arguing about the bill whilst people are eating breakfast.very unprofessional...I asked for extra teabags and milk cartons and was met with a childish response by the owners..meals are v good, but we didnt like the male owner cleaning the bins outside 10 minutes before service at 9am one morning and he didnt change either..room 8 ,the shower is very low pressure, and the towel rail electricity wire is routed under the shower tray as a joiner, this is illegal as there is also no isolator for the shower in room 8..great place Llandudno for a break, but sadly I wouldn't recommend the hilary to others. Needs a neutral colour as green is a dreary colour on picture rail walls. Yours Jon and kathryn Sigsworth..
