B&B in Llandudno

There was nothing to like from the minute we arrived at the property we were made to feel extremely unwelcome. There was a little mix up on booking.com about the number of guests I'd booked for so I spoke with Irena about this and we resolved the matter by her with drawing breakfast from us to cover the costs of the extra person staying which I was happy with. The host Irena was very abrupt from the moment we stepped foot into the flat it was quite obvious she didn't want us there...then she thought it was acceptable to shout at my child for taking a picture of the books she had on display to show his grandmother, my child then felt really intimidated by this lady who we had to share a basement/flat with... she followed us around constantly we had no privacy at all, she inspected every move we made she even made a aggressive comment about there being toothpaste on the sink, when I asked to use the iron she made yet another nasty remark...the entrance to the back yard was always locked which is a fire hazard I had to ask her permission to unlock it as she kept the key on her at all times, when she would open it she always looked reluctant to do so. Me and my family were meant to be staying 4 days with this awful lady but my child was so intimidated by her we left after 2 nights. When I woke at 6am the morning we planned to leave she came rushing out of her room as soon as she heard my door opening demanding I gave her the keys and pay her additional money when we had already agreed that her with drawing breakfast would cover the cost for the extra person staying. My child and partner were woken by her yelling at me for her keys back. We were all forced to leave with nowhere to go at 7am on a rainy morning. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing holiday for me and my family and turned out to be one of the worst experiences of our lives. I would strongly advise anybody planning a visit to llandudno to book elsewhere.
