Lakelands Guest House

We booked Lakelands on 30 May for 3 nights, 2 rooms. We were welcomed by Jan and Seg. Honestly the rooms were clean, breakfast was spot on and Jan and Seg were abs amazing. I've recommended this place to stay to everyone I have spoken to about my break which due to personal reasons had to be cut short. I will definately be returning and will always return back to Lakelands Guest House. Thank you Jan and Seg for all your kindness. Stay blessed always. We look forward to returning soon. Very clean, homely, fresh room with access to a daily coffee, hot chocolate and tea. In the room is TV, Wifi, shower, toilet, clean, white towels, sanitizer, shampoo, bath gel, soap, body lotion and comfortable bed. Very carrying and friendly service from Jan and Sedge. House is situated close to the beach, a local shops and the greek restaurant. Amazing place to stay and explore surrounding area. We enjoyed the Cable Cars so we highly recommend this accommodation.

Well.where do I start?! This place is an absolute gem. Exactly what youd expect in a beautiful seaside town like Llandudno. Gill & Dylan were the perfect hosts. Super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were great, the beds were so comfy, and the whole place was absolutely spotless. Set in the perfect location and literally only a couple of minutes to all the places you want to go. And the icing on the cake for me was the full English breakfast, cooked to perfection with the perfect pork breakfast banger and quality bacon. This is the only guesthouse well use now for our return trips to Llandudno. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. And thank you for the Easter eggs too, it was a very nice touch x
