Burleigh House is in a great location, handy for the pier and local bars and restaurants with a bus stop not too far away either for a day trip out. The guest house is kept spotlessly clean, with all rooms tastefully decorated to a high standard. Brilliant breakfast with ample choice, cooked perfectly by Steve. Jules and Steve are fantastic and friendly hosts. What more could you want?? We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Llandudno - in fact I've just booked for next year!

Burleigh Guest House is well suited for all that Llandudno has to offer. Pubs, restaurants and shops, not forgetting the cable cars and Orme Tramway which is about 100 metres up Churches Walks. Julie and Steve are the best hosts in Llandudno. They make you feel welcome, just like old friends. When staying at the Burleigh nothing is too much trouble. As returning guests, we have been staying every year for a long weekend for at least 8 years now, they know exactly what we like for breakfast down to the Earl Grey tea. They take the time to get to know their guests, and will endeavour to meet every request, sometimes predicting their guests needs before they ask. Breakfast is prepared by Steve whilst Julie does front of house. The quality of the food is always excellent and the choice is incredible. The house is immaculate, each room is clean and tidy with up to date dcor throughout. I can' recommend the house or the hosts strongly enough, it is always a pleasure staying at Burleigh Guest House.
