Well, I could provide a list of grievances of Mr Davies services (if anyone is interested, please leave your email contact and I will forward them) My partner actually said before I bought the vehicle do you really want to deal with him again I had dealt previously and had concerns, but Davies superficially friendly nature and my pragmatism in hindsight my foolishness thought no its fine!! Briefly ,however, I bought an immaculate car that brakes failed after 1st day (no rear pads) And considering they have professional brake specialists is not reassuring, especially as I drove my partner, young children and friends in the car. Then a bizarre repair to glovebox with a not even fit for purpose part! Then following tyre wear caused by severe tracking issue (which Davies bizarrely blamed on rubbing the curb at slow speed independent specialist described this as ridiculous and this also appeared to contradict his previous statements ) . He went on to charge the most expensive price (even after reduction) I could find in the UK begrudgingly paid, (despite advice from independent mechanic) as Davies threatened to take steps to recover the money . The repair time was excessive for such a repair which led to my partner having to cancel shifts at her Hospital . Davies was unable to undertake some work and required it to be done by ATS LLandrindod. Davies stated front grille damage was not present prior to sale however a digital image obtained prior to sale shows otherwise!! Davies has ignored requests to provide pre sale images (which would enable any damage to be identified) why? Do I think Davies is deliberately negligent and malicious No Do I have reasonable concerns about Davies ability to undertake work reliably and safely - absolutely. Now if you do decide to purchase anything from Davies I strongly advocate an independent inspection. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Extremely happy with the work done on my car a few weeks ago by Roger and Jacob, thank you so much. Was worried that my far from young Citroen would not get through a breakdown but help was at hand! Roger identified what needed doing, researched prices for parts and gave me options to have some or all of the work done to get me back on the road. Everything was communicated clearly and in a timely way. I really appreciate the service provided and would certainly recommend the business to others. Also must mention Ruth and her input to this excellent family run business. Sorry it had taken a while to get this review done but my house move was very time consuming. Services: Engine repair, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Air & cabin filter replacement
