I have NEVER been spoken to by a company as rudely as Winston Phillips. Clearly their staff are made up old posh people who feel they don't need to display any sort of customer service in order to get customers. Sadly the housing market is in such a state that people are forced to rent from companies like this rather than go elsewhere. Hopefully this review will help others to avoid them like the plague. Rude, arrogant, staff who never call you back, talk over to you or down to you, and generally seem to have no social or customer skills whatsoever.
