        I contacted age Cymr for help and information on getting my mum into residential care. It was over two weeks before I got a reply. There was an apology which I accepted and made an appointment to see someone in llandod. My husband and I met with a lady, discussed a very difficult situation and asked for several pieces of information and was promised contact with answers. This was in May 2017. To date (mid Sept 2017) I have had no contact and have finally managed to find my own way through this system without the expected help. In my mind this organization is not worth bothering with.
