We used mikee and paul to sand our old wooden floors in our new house, we couldn't believe the difference. Reasonably priced and out of the other companies we had over to price the job, this company seemed to know more about the wood we had and what would look best as a finish, we went for the wax oil. Completely dust free - we didn't believe it either but it was and much to the wife pleasure as she was dreading the clean up after the saw dust, there was no mess at all. we are no going to do the office and have the boards sanded in there too. Paul and Mikey were great, very professional and reasonably priced. They cleaned my hard floors in my clinic and used ULV fogging to sanitise the room prior to opening which ensured covid regulations were met. Would definitely recommend and they travelled to Aberystwyth. Thank you / Diolch :)

The service provided was the sanding and re-oiling of my downstairs wooden floor. On requesting a quote, Mike (the son) arrived on time and explained in detail the options available. He was very personable and knew what he was talking about. The price was reasonable too. Mike arrived at the time and date agreed for the start of the work. He quietly got on with the work and as quoted, the sanding was truly dust-free, e.g. no need to remove curtains. During the job, I had a couple of requests, e.g. an extra buff before the final coat; which was undertaken without complaint. All in all, we are very pleased with the quality of the final result and the attitude of Mike was exceptional. I can thoroughly recommend Paul Watkins & Sons.
