        KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! I put my trust in to Alan and he choose to use my inexperience in sew machines to rob me. He advised me on a jack h2 cz model so I agreed at the coast of 1795. I got my machine home to find the were no instructions or manual for assembly of the table or machine. I called Alan he told me it wasnt rocket science. So I was left with boxes full of different parts with no clue what they were. So I decided to go on the internet to find more information only to see 5-6 different companies selling this machine built and delivered for close to 600 I couldnt believe it Alan had changed me 3x that amount! So I called Alan back and asked why this was the case hoping mine was a more special model or something but Alan just said I dont care what other people are selling them for I can sell them for what ever I want. I told him I would like a refund and I would be dropping the machine back the following day. His response was to call the police. after speaking to the police they advised me to seek legal advice and this was a civil mater. After a few chats with other people on a sewing club website it seems hes upset a lot of people with his cheap made highly priced stock he punts on eBay. KEEP AWAY GUYS!!! #alansew
