Bought a new ready assembled mountfield from here, the next day on first use the blade came loose. Power also cut out. Took it back the following day, lady (Christina I think) immediately went into denial. Said no refund was possible but said she would look at it. Was called back two days later I was unable to take the call, no contact was attempted for three whole weeks, I then called R&T could not get to speak to Cristina, but was promised a call back. Surprise surprise no return call, I then called again and spoke to Christina who was really ignorant and said there was no fault only the damage we caused, my wife explained it was only used on a small manicured lawn, and that the blade came loose. She suggested she knew my 'wife's history with lawnmowers', implying we caused damage within the 24 hours of purchasing the mountfield. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS SHOCKING POOR PLACE.
