I ordered crepe mix and never received my order and no refund if you sell to Australia don't take money without delivery. Your account team should know if you got paid for a order. Maybe they used the money for their own benefit. Shame on you

Ordered a bubble waffle machine and received a friendly and helpful call from the French chap (sorry I forgot his name) before it was even sent out. And then everything I ordered arrived the next day, very happy with that!

Customer service is diabolical. We never did receive our full order even though they said they sent missing items again, these were never received nor could they give proof of postage. I have been in the catering business for over 12 years and I have never come across a company that is so rude and could not explain there own products. Avoid, even if they are a few quid cheaper. Will costs you a lot more in the end!!

An excellent company and a pleasure to do business with. I initially ordered my 2 crepe machines from Pancake World and had no intention of using their batter mix as I always make up my own. However I was given a voucher with the crepe machines and decided to use it to buy batter mix, this meant I could train the staff for free with the batter bought using the voucher. I had so much good feedback about the crepes and the taste and also having tasted it myself I have now decided to use the luxury crepe batter mix from Pancake world. I never thought this would be the case but the batter mix is that good it is hard not to use it. I have this afternoon just placed my 4th order with Pancake World, I will continue to use them in the future and I have nothing but praise to give them. I would ignore the negative review from "Ilove Crepes", it is such a shame that in these times such damaging comments can be left when it is quite clear from the explanation from Pancake World that no order has been received. I am afraid we live in a time where people don't give a thought about leaving damaging negative reviews when they are completely unjustified. I have no doubt I will be subject to some in the future for my own business as there seems no way to escape these "Keyboard Warriors" I have no connection with Pancake World other than being a very happy customer and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Keep up the great work guys,
