        Avoid at all costs. Very poor, had to get OFTEC involved as there was a significant concern over compliance with Building Regs and OFTEC Oil code. OFTEC eventually suspended their registration, only then did OFL come back and re-due the works. Nothing was to code, the whole installation needed to be replaced. Took over 12 months to get them back, which left my family and home at risk from an oil leak or worse, a fire. Shocking is an understatement. Not sure what their agenda was, but it wasn't to provide a good service or Building Regs compliant installation.

        Oil Facilities Ltd are a company that my family and I highly recommend. They have carried out a variety of plumbing, and electrical work at my home including installing a new oil tank, oil boiler and removing an old back boiler from my open fire and reinstating the fire by installing a new fire back and lintel. Oil Facilities Ltd provide an excellent service and respond quickly to call outs and are reliable and efficient. The Oil Facilities Ltd engineer Aled who carried out the work at my property was thorough and methodical and I was delighted with his workmanship. Aled had an excellent technical knowledge and was very professional. It is reassuring to know that whatever plumbing, electrical or boiler issue that I have, a call out from one of the engineers from Oil Facilities Ltd will help me to find the right solution to my problem thanks to their expertise and experience. I am delighted with all the works undertaken by the engineer Aled and his team.
