C.S Boxall Ltd

Extremely dissatisfied with this business. Our heating (oil boiler) in a new house stopped working in February so we called CS Boxall. He came out, condemed our system and said that we needed a new boiler at an estimated cost of 5-6k. It was near 0 degrees, we have a young baby (which he knew) and we were left with no heating for over a week because he'd cut our oil line. We had someone else out who explained that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BOILER! But rather we were out of oil and the gauge just wasn't reading correctly. He said the previous [CS Boxall] guy should have realised there was no oil when he cut the fuel line and no fuel came out. The company then had the gall to send us a bill for 126 and harass us by sending 3 more in 10 days despite our complaint. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Service: Heating system repair

I called this company out when I had an emergency. One of my pipes had burst. The staff in the office couldn't be more helpful. They took my details for the callout and an engineer arrived with in 2 hours of my call. He carried out a first class professional repair which could have ended up costings me hundreds. I would definitely use CS Boxall again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
