The quality of these chairs, manufactured here in the UK, is head and shoulders above others like Willowbrook who spend a fortune on TV advertising but from experience have inferior products and customer service. Gavin from Wilcare was brilliant helping us source exactly the right chair for my 93 year-old Dad and I can't thank them enough. I would thoroughly recommend Wilcare products no matter which retail supplier you chose. Update 26-5-22 There was a technical issue with the bluetooth controller and Steve tried his best to help us reset it remotely but when that didn't work he jumped in a car and drove all the way to Oswestry from Cowbridge (that's about a 270 mile round trip!!!) and fixed it by replacing with a 'hard wired controller'. In my mind that going above and beyond in terms of customer service and I'm so grateful to Wilcare and Steve in particular for sorting my Dad out so quickly - it really is very much appreciated. I bought a Wilcare rise and recline swivel chair and it was great but the bluetooth controller developed a problem after a few days. Steve tried to talk us through fixing it remotely but when that wasn't possible took personal ownership to help solve the problem for me. Steve did a great job: Arrived earlier than appointment time so there was no hanging about, apprehensively, and he even rearranged the furniture for me when he had quickly analysed the problem and expertly fixed it. I am now able to watch T.V. in a very comfortable swivel chair. thanks to Wilcare`s first class service.. Services: Delivery, Chair construction & installation

Have had 2 new chairs 3 weeks ago and after 2 days I had them back as I was not satisfied ,to be told that they would have to take it back and take the arm off and seat off .Have spoken to our local shop and asked for a refund and have heard nothing.2400 is a lot of money to us as we are both 77,and feel that I am not getting 2 new CHAIRS. DISGUSTED CUSTOMER.

Received excellent service from Wilcare. When rung they always answered the phone promptly and gave immediate professional advise. They produced a semi bespoke reclining chair exactly to my needs and this was delivered well within the 15 day time scale. Their products are in my opinion very good quality and well priced. Overall I can thoroughly recommend this company if you are in the market to purchase a British Made recliner chair. Service: Chair construction & installation
