Great little shop, great staff.

What a bloody mess. Stepped inside this chaotic place and it's like someone's been hoarding food, drink and bamboo made paraphernalia for the last seventeen years. Why keep buying stock if you've nowhere to put it? It looks dirty, feels dirty and overwhelming and I do wonder if everything's in date. A woman in the corner piling up more stock and a gent behind the counter who I doubt can get out for all the stock around him. He's probably been there since 2019. I'd happily come and help you sort out this place. It really needs a good clean and declutter.

A tardis filled to the brim with health foods and eco friendly items. The homemade vegan pasties are amazing! We travel from Ebbw Vale just to shop here and always end up buying loads more things than we went in for as its heaven for vegans.

I've used this shop for many years, the service is always friendly and they have a huge selection of pretty much everything, beautiful hand crafted bread and pizza, an extensive range of herbal remedies and supplements as well as fresh organic vegetables and fruit. They have recently begun supplying a range of CBD products too. Highly recommend.
