        Absolutely awful. Paid a monthly fee for over four years which was supposed to provide me with "peace of mind in the event of a breakdown" together with an annual service of the boiler to reduce the risk of breakdown. Nobody has showed up since June 2020 to service the boiler and when it broke down during one of the coldest periods this winter they left me waiting a week without heating and I had to pay an alternative company to fix the problem. I still cannot decide whether they are charlatans or simply incompetent. Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system repair
