Katie is the best personal trainer that I've ever had a session with. She has so much knowledge and pushes me every session. I have progressed so much in major olympic lifts and cant wait to see where I'm at in the next few months. She is really good at alternative exercises as I have a hip injury which can cause problems sometimes. She doesnt give a programme which fits all, absolutely everything is tailored.

I have been doing Personal Training with Katie now for 8 months. This is by far the best thing I have ever done to improve my fitness. Katie has changed my life, providing a huge variety of sessions targeting cardio and strength which I have been really enjoying. Katie focuses on ensuring technique is always spot on and every session you will build on the last to increase your strength. Katie shows great knowledge during the sessions explaining what muscles are being used and why we are doing each exercise. However the help doesnt just stop after your session with Katie. She has really helped me build my confidence with fitness. She also helps with monitoring your steps and any nutritional help you may need. 8 months in and over 4 stone down. Let Katie change your life for the better.

Katie is the best PT I have ever worked with. Prior to be trained by Katie I spent a lot of time in the gym! I felt like I was in reasonable shape and was pretty happy with my physique! I would flog myself doing cardio for hours as a time and do classes like body pump etc ... it was all fairly dull, time consuming, repetitive and hard work but it did the job! Katie completely changed up my training which meant less time doing hours of cardio in the gym and more hiit and resistance training with clear goals to strive for. Training is never boring and I feel like I now have goals to work towards which make me want to train. She is incredibly motivating and super knowledgeable in all things fitness, nutrition and recovery. I cant explain the changes her training have made to my body! I am now lean and toned and at 37 am in the best physical shape of my life... all this by spending less time working out, training smarter with Katies help and not having to starve myself in the week or give up my weekend Prosecco and pizza! She is an absolute legend and I wholeheartedly would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a PT and wants to get the most out of their gym sessions
