        We had been climbing indoors and wanted to do some outdoor sport climbing. Terry tailored a climbing weekend course for us which was perfect. We met Terry near Llanberis and he introduced us to the wonderful rock climbing of North Wales in the slate quarries and off the A55 crags. It was completely different to the top rope climbing that we were used to in our climbing centre. We had already done a lead climbing course to help us prepare but it was still a little scary at the beginning. Terry was very patient with us and gave us top tips (and confidence) to guide us along. We learnt everything that we needed and even managed to do a 6a route. We would definitely recommend Terry to any climbers of any levels and will go back to him if we ever decide to move into trad climbing. Hon + Stef
