What a badly run business! Food delivered had no sauce on both burgers when it was written down on the order for sauces. Not a problem but when we bit into the burgers and hot dog they were stone cold. Not even slightly warm. Now I will eat pretty much anything but even I couldnt eat it that cold. I rang instantly and asked for a refund, I feel sorry for the staff as they had to keep ringing the manager who refused to speak to ring me and at first offered a 50% refund. It took me 3 and a half weeks to get my refund after 6 phonecalls to the establishment were ignored. In all fairness the food looked nice but cold meat is not what I paid over 30 for. All the manager had to do was speak to me and apologise and I wouldnt have even kept chasing my refund but the pure unprofessional attitude by her and total lack of customer service skills ment I had to contact Caerphilly eats directly and inform them of the poor food and even poorer management.

It's sad how bad this business is. Says under "new management", but surely a new manager would make sure they have the right amount of staff before taking over a new business... Ordered our food at 7 for an estimated arrival time between 8.15pm and 8.45pm all well and good waiting that time. At 8.40 we rang just to see if it has even sent out for delivery to which the woman said " yeah 5 minutes ago" we are a 10 minute drive if that, so my partner rang again 7 times with no answer then we read the reviews and just instantly regretted ordering, so I said, let's see if they answer when I ring as they wouldn't have a record of my number. So I rang then at 5 past 9 They did answer and I was told the food was leaving now and there was only 2 staff on and one delivery driver?! I was shocked. I replied with " why was I told it was on its way when we rang 25 minutes previous to which she replied "there's only 2 of us on tonight and one delivery driver so it's just been a bit of a mix up" this is a POOR excuse. 1. Don't open a business business limited staff as you will only get bad reviews which will lead to no customers. 2. If you do have limited staff make sure they can cope under pressure. 3. Atleast chuck something in for free to apologise like most other restaurants. 4. Don't Don't turn up with cold food and an incorrect order it's laughable really, defo will not recommend and use again.

Had a few experiences living local. Was unable to drive and I live in the same village (4 minutes drive max). Order took 2 hours to arrive. I've come to the cafe itself on 3 occasions just to have a burger and chips and each time I've waited at least 40 minutes. On the last 2 occasions I've been ignored while staff stay hidden away in the kitchen. Waited 20 minutes just to get served.
