        Dave not only saved me a lot of money but also, as Dave informed me, saved my laptop from going to landfill, when I thought I was going to have to replace my laptop with a brand new one. So thank you Dave. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and quick service. Dave explains things in simple terms so you feel part of any decisions and not bamboozled by "techie" terminology. I simply cannot fault him, and will be definitely be using his services again.
