This place is amazing it's a little place of calm and heaven. We visited recently and were so impressed with Helen (and Ashley) and the site. It's so peaceful and it was amazing to be able to help feed the animals on site. I fell in love completely with the place (and the pigs!!) We felt so welcomed and they couldn't do enough to help. I have booked to go back in a couple of weeks and it will definitely be the site on the top of our list. I can't say enough positive things about the site plus you get your own personal loo....does life get any better!!!!!!

I stayed on the campsite on the week before Easter. It did rain on Wednesday but for the rest of the stay it was warm and a very rural location. The Eco compost toilet was great and there was a small solar charging station at the pitch site which was perfect for charging my phone and lights in the toilet. The onsite facility showers were very hot and clean. In the game room I did some craft painting & stamping, and sketched Clara the Saddleback sow with her 6 piglets. I enjoyed investigating the stream and woodland nature, especially the Fairy Forest. I am sure for most families the access to the petting farm animals would be a huge plus. On Tuesday an Ewe had a lamb, Frowen Fields is a wonderful pastoral welsh smallholding farm. Noteworthy details: Access to heritage farm animals include a flock of Sheep, Saddleback Pigs, dairy Goats, Chickens with cockerel and Peacocks.

An idyllic location, surrounded by nature in a clean and comfortable glamping dome. The pictures really don't do it justice! It's a fantastic size, well equipped and as darkness falls, the only sound I heard was the trickling of the stream. With it's own eco loo, kitchenette & campfire circle you really do have everything you want or need in a glamping trip. The owners Helen & Ash are friendly and welcoming, allowing you to meet and pet the animals on the smallholding should you wish. There are communal planters to help yourselves to soft fruit and herbs during your stay. An honesty shed with additional bits that you may have forgotten on your trip .... I could go on and on but I'll let you discover for yourself! It's a huge recommendation from me! I would say though that if you have mobility issues, the fairly steep walk down the hill and over the stream bridge would be a problem. For the average person it's fine though & it's nice to be set back from the main part of the farm and camping area in your own little private bit of paradise!
