Pavlina Holicova

Just attended a yoga and Ayurvedic workshop with Pav. She taught the hybrid class and differing levels very professionally. She has a fountain of knowledge about Ayurvedic too and I love how she delivers the subject with such enthusiasm, in a way that makes it understandable and inclusive. She provides the information to us with handouts and/or links with a follow up email, enabling us to continue our learning and research after the session. Cannot wait for the next session.

Had a wonderful ayurvedic massage from Pavlina, and feel so much better both physically and emotionally. Pavlina put me at ease, tailoring the treatment to my needs. She is extremely skilled, warm and generous with her time. Definitely recommend her, for both massages and yoga!
