Llanberis Surgery

Can't get through on the phone and when you do the receptionist wants to know your life if you can go in and see the doctor do as a call back might take hours plus you will still have to come into pick your prescription up

Everything is back to normal you can see a doctor face to face and see a nurse great Surgery again

No one answers the phone. Have been calling for a good week and still couldn't get an appointment

I really wish I could give 0 starts with the experience Ive had with the receptionist at Llanberis surgery. I called, after trying to get through for an hour and a half, and over 50 attempted calls they finally answered and instantly said they have no more appointments available for the day. I explained my situation and how concerned I was for my health, and explained how Id already been to A&E this week too. The way the receptionist was speaking to me was absolutely horrible, I completely broke down on the phone and she had no sympathy whatsoever. I finally managed to get an appointment for today, but I will be putting in a formal complaint for the way I was spoken to. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a professional.
