SPAR Llanberis

Popped in on my day out to Llanberis Monday and had lovely service from a younger girl on tills. Helped me find the items I needed and overall great to chat to briefly. Had an issue with my phone charger and desperately needed help with a new one and customer service was great, young lady on tills helped with no hesitation and understood my situation.

Really poorly stocked, what a dissapointment. On a Friday no fresh veggies. The saddest Spar I have ever visited. I am from Africa and would have had a better experience there.

Awful queues, possibly the worst I've ever seen in a shop this size. Clearly understaffed on a busy weekend. Just trying to get a drink here was like entering the ninth circle of hell.

Read prices CAREFULLY. Misleading. Nestle cereals1.75 under the only nestle cereals on display. Cereal was actually 2.99. In tiny letters I couldn't read it said frosted..... They don't sell them. When we took the man over to show him, the price was supposed to be 2.69, so none of their prices was correct. Mutlipack of twirl offer under the multi pack of twirl 1.25. At till charged 1.69. They don't do the 4 pack the offer is for. Just the 5 pack that's not on the offer. .. Last time we were on holiday, cornflakes 2.00 offer and was charged full price. Its under the only size pack they have. Meal deals 3.75. We bought 2. And milk for 1.35. Tried charging 10.20. When I told them they were adamant that was the price. was correct making the milk 2.70 for 2 pints. They know what they are doing, it's happened every time we go. Offer prices under the wrong item! There was somebody behind us with the same argument!
