        Found the error causing laptop to not start up in a matter of hours, where as another company didnt spot after having it in for a few days, highly recommend to anyone having troubles

        Andy is an IT wizard. So quick and efficient. Absolute hero rescuing all my files, didn't think it could be done. Hopefully won't throw my laptop down the stairs again..... But if I did...!

        PC World took three days to diagnose a faulty motherboard but couldn't do more than hand the computer back to me. So I took it to Andy who discussed my options and having decided it wasn't worth trying to repair the unit, retrieved all the data from the hard disk. Excellent service, reasonable price and a nice bloke.
