I cannot recommend Wagtails enough. I have an extremely nervous rescue dog for whom every new experience is an ordeal. Emily and her mother showed such kindness towards her and my worry for Sadies safety proved unfounded as great care was made to ensure her safety whilst there. Her grooming was impeccable and although it was a 45 minute drive from my home.it was well worth it.

We took our Tibetan Terrier puppy, Dez, for his first "spa" day to Wagtails and he loved it! Emily and Josie have wonderful dog handling skills and made him feel so welcome, so much so that he had no problem saying goodbye to us for a couple of hours. Bearing in mind this was the first time we had left him anywhere this takes the stress out of the situation all round. We returned to see Dez beautifully groomed and, equally importantly, calm and contented. Wagtails is a very modern studio, and the ladies' superb grooming and handling skills give both the dog and their owner full confidence that the dog will be content, turned out beautifully and smelling sweetly! Wagtails is a five-star experience for both dog and their owner - highly recommended.
