Avoid. Unfortunately I have never dealt with someone this rude and unprofessional in my life - please see text exchange and screenshots. Purchased gardening services for my mum as a present for her. First time, he came and did the job with no issues. Second time, he did half the job, however he did not complete it and took the money - he said he would complete it another time as my gran had just died. I trusted that he would keep to his word. We arranged a date and time, which was confirmed by both him and me. He messaged the day before to reconfirm the job, I messaged him reconfirming, however messaged him at 11pm as opposed to earlier as I unfortunately was having emergency surgery under general anaesthetic during the day. He did not reply or message me the next day, despite this being the day he was supposed to complete the job. I called him to ask if he was OK and if he was coming as planned. He then proceeded to scream at me down the phone for messaging him at 11pm and hung up on me twice. I explained the reason I messaged not in day time hours was I was under general anaesthetic having emergency surgery. I even sent him pictures of the post op bleeding I had had. Quite frankly I shouldn't have had to do this, but despite seeing pictures of my bed covered in blood following my operation, as well as seeing bandages everywhere, he totally ignored it and continued screaming at me for messaging at 11pm. I of course explained to him that it is very difficult to message someone when you are under general anaesthetic....I don't think he quite understood this concept, unfortunately, as he continued to accuse me of "being rude" for not messaging earlier. This all happened on a background of my gran recently passing away which he knew. Instead of apologizing for hanging up and screaming at me after realizing that I had just had emergency surgery, he instead wanted an apology from me for messaging him at 11pm. It was the most inconsiderate and rude encounter I have had in a long time. Please see screenshots for evidence - as you can see I have clearly told him to not hang up on me as well as explaining that I was having emergency surgery therefore could not text him back. I would avoid unless you want to get screamed out, hung up on and have someone take your money after not completing the job assigned to him. This whole episode was very upsetting to my family, I purchased this as a gift to my mum as she was going through a hard time, especially having just lost her mum. This whole episode upset her further in what already was a very difficult time. I also did not need to have someone scream at me, hang up on me and treat me with such disrespect the day after I had just had an emergency op.
