        Plants well cared for and properly labelled, staff very friendly and have an excellent knowledge of the plants. A superb place to visit.

        Second time we have visited in four years rated it 5* last time still an amazing place but astonished to see the main water feature (cascading water fall with fish in the pond) was not working which has turned stagnant - algae growing everywhere no fish and the most appalling stench which over powered the normal fragrance you get from the array of plant's - whoever the management are they should be ashamed to let this iconic site defeat the purpose of its existence - not worth the entrance fee at present
