        Very rude owner. After not keeping to pre arranged timelines, he refused to refund our deposit (half the price of the stove too). When I asked to speak to the lady I had been dealing with I was told "No, I am the guv'nor here". After arguing my case and stating that my deposit was agreed to be refundable, he eventually passed me over stating "we don't want customers like you". The lady was lovely and couldn't of been more helpful, which is why I am leaving two stars.
