Our border collie boy Bracken has been coming to Jess for almost a year now - always a beautiful job, just the way we ask! Bracken is clearly very comfortable and happy to go in which is amazing. He has his teeth cleaned too, he wont let me near him with a toothbrush but no problem with Jess! Cant recommend enough, amazing value for a 1-2-1 groom

Having previously had a groomer who didn't listen to what we wanted for our pooch, it was so refreshing to pick Barns up with exactly what we hoped for! Not only that, but they were so attentive, asking questions so she knew a bit about our dog. Whereas we've not had that experience with other groomers. I also loved the one-on-one aspect, it felt like Barns was being really looked after. Worth every penny and can't wait to bring Barns back for another pamper! Thanks again!
