Was pleased to receive the hot tube on the agreed date and time, had a little issue with a leak which was noticed the following day, after contacting them the engineer was straight out to fix the problem, It was a good experience from begging to end and the water treatment side and balancing and adding chemicals was excellent, as we have to comply with HSG 282! From the start of the initial sales meeting to the site visit and then installation followed by aftercare, the full team at oyster pools have exceptional. I can not recommend them enough and I thank you for showing me that good old fashioned customer service still exists!
