        Cannot fault Finesse Masonry - from start to finish Shaun maintained regular communication, supported effective liaison with the 3rd party insurance company and explained every step of the process along the way. The quality of the masonry work was excellent, replicating damaged original gate posts to an exact match. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality stone mason who is professional, friendly and values high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

        This is the second time we have used Finesse Masonry and happy with the service provided by Shaun and Ian. They carried out repairs on our stone mullion bay window and they did an excellent job both times and were also quick to come out to do the work, answered our queries and turned up when they said they would and did the work as quoted with no hidden extras. Highly recommend and would have no hesitation using their services in the future.

        Our thanks to Shaun for an excellent result! We are absolutely delighted with our stone fire surround. It was carefully designed, by Shaun, to work with the existing cast iron fireplace. The carving is beautiful and we were impressed by both his exceptional skill and his creativity. We would recommend Finesse Masonry unreservedly.
