        Really disappointed with the service I received. Went to purchase a van and part ex a car (price was agreed and for sale sign taken down from the van). I had to wait 2 weeks to get some documentation back from the DVLA which Alan was well aware of. Phoned back the day I received the documents only to find that they had sold the van. They shouldve atleast phoned to say there was other interest but I found out the hard way. Really disappointed after seeing the other reviews.
