        We have booked to stay in the lodge & wanted to know about our stay, so we contacted the company & the voice mail is full, we have been trying for a few days. We emailed the company twice, we got no reply. Very disheartened with the customer service of this company. We have booked but don't even know now if this company is even still running even though we have booked and paid for it!
