Firstly I don't like having my hair touched or combed or brushed by many people and one of my fears is going to a hairdressers and having my hair cut sitting unfront of the mirror - but my hair was becoming dry and had dead ends and I decided come on let's fight this fear. I rang Emma and spoke to her about my worries and asked about advice, prices and times she had available. She was lovely and reassuring and booked me in. I went in on a Friday and was greeted by lovely Alice who welcomed me in, offered me tea or coffee and settled me into the chair. She asked what I wanted and needed, Emma also came and spoke to me as well. They were both so lovely, This was a big thing for me and they made me feel welcomed and so comfortable. They spoke to me all the way during my wash cut and blow dry - I went all out and decided to treat myself after so long off not having this and I'm glad I did it as my hair felt so shiny, so new and so blonde which felt good and I felt good with getting over a fear and also good in my self with my new hair style. I felt relaxed in the hairdresser's with the fairy lights, budha sticker and light pink walls. They have toilets inside too. Chairs for waiting and offer you drinks.. Parking is limited with no designated spots just have to see where you can park along the street or park across by the fish and chip shop. The opening times are Sunday and Monday : Closed Tuesday: 3:30-8:30 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:30-5:30 Saturday: 9-3. Can ring or message over Facebook. Prices range from 17 dry cut to 35 wash cut and blow dry and more for colours. Just give them a ring or message and they will help you out. I know Emma also does bridal hair too. Would recommend these ladies to anyone who is new to the hairdressing world or those who are comfortable with going. It's a lovely relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel Comfortable... Thanks Alice and Emma x
