        Very nice family outing. You dont need to get out the car unless its for the loo. Staff were really cheerful. One of the elfs noticed we had our dog in the car and in the video you can see she ran back to give us a little reindeer toy for her.

        Our 2nd year visiting Reindeer Lodge. It was good that it was different this time round so that your not seeing the same things each year. We enjoyed it very much. Our son is Autistic and this makes Reindeer Lodge perfect for him. He can enjoy it without leaving the car (his safe place) so he doesn't get too overwhelmed. I'm so thankful that events like this exist enabling my son to be able to enjoy the build up to Christmas. There's no way I could take him to a regular Grotto it would simply be too much for him.

        My 4yo enjoyed himself but a little stark, no chance to wander round anywhere and to be honest very little reindeer. Not worth the money or the travel
