        Came for Sunday lunch and it was closed. Anyone know if it's still in business. No signs on door. Such a disappointment as we have dined there before.

        O what a shame; 26 years we have been freqguentinging the Portreeve Restaurant whenever we stay at Laugharne, usually 2-3 times a week. Regrettably tonight we were devastated by the food delivered, I had to send back my Sea Bass fillet because it was so overcooked, a Sea Bass fillet crispy!! They then provided a Hunters Chicken replacement, well! Microwaved, overcooked, I dont know what!! Yes, I eat it because I wanted to eat something before leaving. My recommendations to Portreeve is to let me know, via social media or any other means when you have a chef in place who can actually live up to the Portreeve reputation. Such a shame, we have had some wonderful times and food at the Portreeve.
