        Horrible place to live, the amount of times the fire alarm goes off for no reason and you still need to evacuate the building. What's worse is this is in the middle of the night/ early hours of the morning sometimes. If there is ever an actual fire you can't blame residents for not believing it.

        Staff used to be helpful and friendly and would always help at reception, but this years stay has been awful, some staff speak to you rudely and dont help! Everything has to be done through email and reception dont want to know, so youre on your own! Multiple times Ive had to complain about this accommodation and some or specific rude staff have been complained about before , wouldnt recommend, such a shame as it used to be good.

        Has a variety of different rooms at different prices. The bus stop is nearby, shops are nearby and if you're lucky, you can get a good view. There is a fair range of entertainment and has a laundrette. 24 hour security here. Some rooms are newer than others. It can get extremely hot during the summer.
