As a diabetic, I have to be really careful. Honey is obviously naturally sugared. I just needed to put a little in my porridge and treat myself with honey on toast. It was just the right clear colour of honey and consistency. The taste was just the right balance and made all the more delightful because it was made by local independent small business. Can't wait for next year's crop!
