        Just completed on a house purchase via this agent. Not quite as nice an experience as we expected. House description wasn't entirely accurate on a couple of things. Incorrect information given when we asked questions. No effort to gather in all the keys for the property; they gave us just one front door key and we know there are at least two others, maybe more. Cost us 110 to get the front and back door locks changed on arrival. Staff are lovely and friendly though.
