Went in to the shop for milk and bread, the old man behind the till said they had no bread so I asked to buy the milk only. He then rudely asked if I didn't have cash when he saw my card in my hand. I said no, I had no cash and he shook his head and mumbled something so I asked if there was a problem and he said "yes, I have basically given you the milk because of card processing fees so enjoy it". People like this should not be facing customers, absolutely horrified and for them to be representing a big name like Shell is even worse! Shocking behaviour!
