Olly and Sharon are great and often help when needed. I especially like how clean the place is...I never have the feeling that I have to clean something down before I use it. This is vitally important to me in this time of multiple nasty viruses around...being in such a large space makes it feel really well ventilated too.
Another great thing is the gym now has 24 hour access depending on the membership you buy.....finally a gym in Lampeter for shift workers and weird people like me who like to train at strange times!
I only wish it had a sauna and ice cold plunge pool ....as there is nowhere in Lampeter central that does and I'm pretty old school when it comes to the added health benefits these items bring.
