Treated my wife who's from Belgium like absolute dirt. Made her feel like she was getting interrogated at the border despite being a member of the EU! Woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She suggested that because my wife's English was so good she must have been living here illegally. And she also didn't believe how her name was spelt because it was a non-English spelling. That level of rudeness and incompetence is rare to come across. On top of all that, the teller opened my wife's (unopened) letter she'd brought in as proof of address without asking her permission, which is completely illegal.
