        Absolutely really disgraceful level of service never call you back rarely will they speak to you no replys to e mails this company really show no level of customer service just relay message via receptionist I feel they really are not bothered in the process of selling property sale agreed just before lock down so whilst I do appreciate a difficult time for all but when I called for an update yesterday just message relayed via receptionist there is a problem with the buyers mortgage! Great so where are we now don't know because they won't speak to me absolutely no trust in these solicitors and I would not recommend using them for any services because you don't get a service!!!!
