        David has been professional throughout the course of my business with him. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a no-nonsense chartered surveyor.

        Would NEVER recommend this surveyor. Deliberately mislead us about the type of Report we asked for. He essentially provided a Building Report when we had asked for a full Structural Survey Report. When we received the report it was full of caveats making the report not fit for purpose and him liable for nothing. In addition, we have since found worrying problems with 2 supporting beams which he advised he knew about but never mentioned in his report as he didn't think they were serious!!! Take a good experienced builder with you, far cheaper and more trustworthy. Unfortunately not worth the 1 star but unable to leave minus stars!
